巧克力棒棒糖饼
这款饼干制做简单,不喜欢巧克力的可以不用放巧克力,包裹了巧克力的可以给小朋友吃,好看也美味。一炉饼干出来,有大人的也有小朋友,新年给亲们做一些哈。不过,特别小小的朋友吃的时候要注意哦。也可以搓为棒棒粘上巧克力也一样哦。
食材:低粉180克、黄油100克、糖粉50克、盐1/4小匙、小苏打粉1/4小匙、
装饰:白巧克力币、黑巧克力币各适量、彩针适量、牙签适量

Steps to make 巧克力棒棒糖饼

  • 1.黄油软化,加入糖粉拌匀后打至发白蓬松。
  • 2.加入过筛的低粉、盐、小苏打。
  • 3.抓匀,轻捏成团。可以用保鲜膜包好,冷藏20分钟。
  • 4.搓为每个约10克的球,放烤盘上。
  • 5.烤箱预热180度上下火,烤约15分钟。表面微黄即可。
  • 6.把巧克力隔水融化。准备好彩针和牙签。
  • 7.凉透的饼干入巧克力碗里滚一下。
  • 8.插上牙签,再粘上彩针。
  • 9.插泡末块上待凉干即可。
