秋天素补——葱香小芋头
平时不喜欢买芋头吃,看那东西一点点、黑黑的,一看就不想买。最近看了中央台的天天饮食,说秋天吃点芋头好。看了屈浩大厨做了道葱香小芋头,看着挺好吃的,咱也试试看,啊,大厨做的菜就是不一样啊,真的很好吃,这个没事时还要做!

  • 蚝油一勺

Steps to make 秋天素补——葱香小芋头

  • 1.把芋头剥去皮,洗干净。
  • 2.小葱切碎。
  • 3.芋头切成滚刀块。
  • 4.把切好的芋头放入蒸锅中蒸五分钟蒸熟。
  • 5.蒸好后拿出晾凉。
  • 6.不烫手时均匀地裹上淀粉。
  • 7.锅中入油烧热,入芋头炸。
  • 8.炸到金黄色时捞出沥油。
  • 9.锅中留少许油,放入甜面酱、糖、番茄酱、蚝油,再加入少许的开水,用铲子搅拌到粘稠。
  • 10.倒入芋头不断翻炒,使均匀地裹上酱汁,装出撒上葱花。
  • 11.锅刷干净,再入少许油烧热。
  • 12.油趁热浇在芋头上就可以了。
