Steps to make 珍珠丸子

  • 1.瘦猪肉切碎
  • 2.洋葱切碎
  • 3.猪肉馅加少许老汤沿一个方向搅拌
  • 4.加入葱姜末、盐、十三香、酱油、少许葡萄酒(或者料酒)沿一个方向搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入香菜末沿一个方向搅拌均匀
  • 6.调好的肉馅
  • 7.糯米提前浸泡3-4小时
  • 8.把拌好的肉馅搓成丸子,在糯米里滚一下,使丸子均匀粘上糯米
  • 9.蒸锅铺好菜叶,将玩子顺次放入菜叶上
  • 10.每个玩子上边放一个枸杞子点缀下
  • 11.视玩子的大小上屉蒸10分钟左右,ok!可以开餐啦!
