农家小炒牛肉

Steps to make 农家小炒牛肉

  • 1.牛肉加姜粉、盐、胡椒粉、鸡粉和料酒拌匀,再放生粉搅拌均匀,腌制10分钟备用。
  • 2.芹菜去掉根部和叶子,切碎备用。
  • 3.青椒切成小块,朝天椒切碎备用。
  • 4.姜切碎备用。
  • 5.大火爆炒牛肉和姜末,炒至变色后再炒片刻即可出锅备用,多余的油泌出。
  • 6.炒锅洗净,把炒牛肉多余的油倒入,烧热,倒入芹菜和青椒、朝天椒炒出香味,放少许盐和鸡精。
  • 7.放入牛肉一起翻炒3-5分钟,临出锅放点酱油即可。
