砂糖桔果酱

Steps to make 砂糖桔果酱

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.将砂糖桔去皮待用。桔络不要去除哦~~那可是好东西。
  • 3.用搅拌器将桔囊打成汁。
  • 4.冰糖打成糖粉。
  • 5.将砂糖桔汁倒入锅中,加入糖粉,大火烧开转小火。
  • 6.全程不停搅拌,以免糊锅。
  • 7.待果酱熬制黏稠,汤汁变少的时候,挤入半个柠檬汁,继续搅拌10分钟左右。
  • 8.容器事先开水烫过消毒,将熬好的果酱倒入瓶中,冷却后放冰箱冷藏保存即可。
