自制黑芝麻馅料
传统的黑芝麻馅料是用猪油调制的,很香,但是油脂和热量太高,所以我用植物油和黄油代替猪油调的黑芝麻馅,味道也不错,香甜可口。

Steps to make 自制黑芝麻馅料

  • 1.将干净的黑芝麻放进面包机的搅拌桶里。
  • 2.启动面包机上的果酱程序。
  • 3.程序结束后,将熟芝麻与白糖混合一下。
  • 4.将黑芝麻和白糖放入料理机,准备打碎。
  • 5.启动料理机,将其打碎。
  • 6.在打碎的芝麻中加入融化呈液态的黄油。
  • 7.再向黑芝麻中加入植物油。
  • 8.搅拌均匀。
  • 9.放进冰箱冷冻一小时。
  • 10.取出来将黑芝麻馅料团成球状。
  • 11.全都团成球状就可以了,平时放进冰箱,用的时候取出来。
