买了一只鹅,红烧了半只,另一半做成盐水鹅煮面,还剩下一点汤和鹅肉,加点菌菇和虫草花烧汤,真是鲜啊!

    Steps to make 菌菇虫草鹅汤

    • 1.将做好的盐水鹅和煮鹅肉的汤放入砂锅中。
    • 2.加入适量洗净沥水的虫草花和姬菇(用什么蘑菇都可以)
    • 3.大火煮开,转小火煮5分钟左右。加入洗净的枸杞和葱花即可。可以加一点胡椒粉调味即可,汤是煮盐水鹅的,已经有咸味。
    • 4.汤鲜肉嫩。
