萝卜干(黄瓜干)小酱菜
因为做法相同所以写在一起了,各调料看自己口味我是随意派,因为我不吃葱姜蒜,所以吃葱姜蒜星人可以自己加上,随意随意

  • 生花生适量或者不放
  • 香油适量(增加香味)
  • 老抽少许(调下颜色用勿用多)
  • 鲜贝露适量(不喜不放)

Steps to make 萝卜干(黄瓜干)小酱菜

  • 1.萝卜切条风干机风干。
  • 2.黄瓜对切风干机风干(后面步骤一样所以只显示萝卜的做法)。
  • 3.萝卜干泡水约两小时。
  • 4.生的花生(可以不放或者放熟的)泡水剥皮,分开。
  • 5.花生瓣加凉开水少许盐继续泡水。
  • 6.泡到萝卜干好了 花生就沥水。
  • 7.沥干备用。
  • 8.萝卜干泡好后挤干水份。
  • 9.准备配菜。
  • 10.打成碎。
  • 11.萝卜干,花生瓣和菜碎都放入拌盆。
  • 12.加甜面酱,黄豆酱,香油,老抽,鲜贝露,白胡椒粉,辣椒粉,辣椒油,熟芝麻用手抓匀。
  • 13.放入容器在冰箱静置 偶尔再上下翻匀,约三天味道就差不多了,口重的可以加盐我可不加,我怕咸。
  • 14.每餐吃这么多已经不少啦,要清淡饮食哦。
  • 15.吃吃吃,千万别多吃,咸!!!
