蛋香馒头
馒头是早餐里最常见的主角,一般都会配上各种粥,什么白粥啊,八宝粥啊,皮蛋瘦肉粥啊等等,可今天我的馒头不再配粥啦,而是直接炒着吃,就像炒米饭一样简单,味道更香更好吃。

Steps to make 蛋香馒头

  • 1.先将所需要的食材准备好,这里用到的馒头呈黄色,是因为这个馒头加入发南瓜泥。
  • 2.将馒头切成小丁,别太大,1cm见方为宜。
  • 3.香肠去皮切成丁,与馒头丁大小相近,小葱切成丁。
  • 4.将一个鸡蛋打入碗里,加入少许盐搅拌均匀。
  • 5.平底锅里放入适量的食用油,油热后改成小火,将馒头丁倒进去翻炒至馒头微微发黄。
  • 6.将馒头弄到四周,中间再倒少许油,倒入葱花和香肠丁炒香,再与馒头一起翻炒均匀。
  • 7.把找散的蛋液倒入锅里,尽量均匀些,让每一个馒头丁都能补蛋液包裹,注意不要着急翻炒,等鸡蛋快要成形的时候,快速翻炒均匀。
  • 8.最后撒上孜然。
  • 9.就可以出锅品尝了。
