清新菜菜也可以很开胃-----泡姜藕片
自从上次妈妈做了泡菜水后,泡菜也成为了我们随手可得的美食,泡姜泡辣椒用来做菜美味又开胃,我想不用我多说大家也都知道吧,今天用泡姜搭配藕片来做一道菜菜,让清新口感的藕片也多了酸辣刺激的味道,这,还能不下饭饭吗!

虽已入秋,但气温仍然很高,注意防暑仍然很重要呢,饮食方面当然也要多多注意,多以素菜为主最好哟。

莲藕,富含淀粉、蛋白质、维生素B、维生素C、脂肪、碳水化合物及钙、磷、铁等多种矿物质,肉质肥嫩,白净滚圆,口感甜脆。中医认为,是一款保健食品,既可食用,又可药用。生食能凉血散淤,熟食能补心益肾,可以补五脏之虚,强壮筋骨,滋阴养血。同时还能利尿通便,帮助排泄体内的废物和毒素。

西芹都藏到下面去了,所以看不到啦。

  • 1.准备好泡菜。
  • 2.藕切成片,如果暂时不用,可以泡在清水里。
  • 3.泡姜切成片,西芹切成小段。
  • 4.蒜切成片,小尖椒切成粒。
  • 5.藕片滤干水分备用。
  • 6.锅里放适量的油,先下入蒜和尖椒,再放几片泡姜。
  • 7.炒出香味后,放入藕片翻炒。
  • 8.炒至藕片接近透明时,再放入西芹和余下的泡姜,翻炒片刻,出锅时再放一点鸡精就OK了。。
