豉香红椒炒鸡丁

Steps to make 豉香红椒炒鸡丁

  • 1.鸡腿2个,挑去骨头,去皮后切成小块。
  • 2.切好的鸡腿肉,加生粉、花生油抓匀掩制十分钟。
  • 3.蒜苗切段、姜切片、大蒜拍扁、豆豉适量备用。
  • 4.红尖椒去籽后切成小块。
  • 5.锅加底油烧至八成热,下鸡腿肉炒散炒变色,盛出备用。
  • 6.锅里留适量底油,放入姜、蒜、豆豉小火炒香。
  • 7.加入红椒块大火翻炒几下。
  • 8.放入鸡块大火翻炒均。
  • 9.淋入半勺老抽翻炒上色。
  • 10.最后加少量盐、鸡精、蒜段翻炒几下。
  • 11.成品图。
