黑豆渣糯米丸&黑豆浆黑芝麻糊

Steps to make 黑豆渣糯米丸&黑豆浆黑芝麻糊

  • 1.糯米提前5小时泡好,洗净、沥干水份;豆腐装入一容器,用重物压出水份  黑豆洗净,装入豆浆机,加入适量凉水打制豆浆
  • 2.豆浆打好,取黑豆渣
  • 3.猪肉剁成茸,姜葱切细末
  • 4.豆腐捏碎,加入黑豆渣
  • 5.加入肉茸、姜葱末、淀粉、盐、胡椒
  • 6.沥干的糯米倒入豆腐中,一起拌匀
  • 7.用手将糯米团成丸子
  • 8.做好的丸子放入锅中,水开后,蒸15分钟即可
  • 9.酥心糖剥去包装,捏碎备用
  • 10.糯米粉倒入锅中
  • 11.将豆浆倒入糯米粉中,混合、调匀
  • 12.煮制调好的粉浆,中途需不停地搅动,以免糯米粉粘锅
  • 13.加入酥心糖,继续煮
  • 14.粉浆稍粘稠时,加入黑芝麻
  • 15.搅拌均匀,继续煮
  • 16.直至芝麻糊完全浓稠,调好味即可(如喜欢吃甜食,个人可适当加点白糖)
