烘焙之路—七夕玫瑰花心形饼干

此菜谱是参与了薄灰老师的菜谱,但我之前有制作失败,所以,有些地方做了调整,通过制作,学习到不少,很感谢美天的朋友一路的支持及指导。这份菜谱的成功,有你们一大半的功劳。谢谢!

  • 无盐黄油100克
  • 低筋面粉180克
  • 干燥玫瑰花10克
  • 糖粉50克
  • 小苏打1/4小匙
  • 1/4小匙

Steps to make 烘焙之路—七夕玫瑰花心形饼干

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将干燥玫瑰花捏碎,取出花萼,只留花瓣。
  • 3.用冷水浸泡约10分钟。
  • 4.黄油软化,打至发白,
  • 5.加入糖粉和盐。
  • 6.搅拌均匀,搅打至呈松发状态。
  • 7.筛入面粉和小苏打粉。
  • 8.加入浸泡后的玫瑰花。
  • 9.用手轻轻抓揉成面团状。
  • 10.将面团擀成约0.5厘米厚,用心形模切割面团。
  • 11.平铺在烤盘中。
  • 12.165℃烤20分钟,这个要根据自已家的烤箱温度而定,如果上色不好,155度,再烤10分钟。
