香芋蒸鸡腿

Steps to make 香芋蒸鸡腿

  • 1.将两个鸡腿抹上少许老抽,上色腌制10分钟;
  • 2.平锅内放少许食用油,将腌好的鸡腿表皮擦干后放入平锅内,只煎制鸡皮一面,煎至上色取出;
  • 3.略凉后,踢下鸡腿内的骨头,将鸡腿肉切宽条;
  • 4.将切好的鸡腿肉条放入腌制盆中,放入蚝油、老抽、白糖、食盐,白胡椒粉、姜片,抓拌均匀,腌制20分钟;
  • 5.将芋头切滚刀块;
  • 6.将腌好的鸡腿肉条码入大碗中;
  • 7.上面铺上芋头块;
  • 8.用保鲜膜包好,放入压力锅内,蒸20分钟;
  • 9.整好后倒扣在盘子里,做简单装饰即可。
