水晶汤圆【初味日记】
今年元宵节教大家做普通但又不失颜值的水晶汤圆,这款汤圆的外皮晶莹剔透,馅料隐约可见,口感软糯Q弹、清爽不腻,别有一番风味哦!

Steps to make 水晶汤圆【初味日记】

  • 1.红薯、紫薯蒸熟去皮。
  • 2.加入炼乳压成泥。
  • 3.木薯粉中缓慢倒入开水。
  • 4.一边加入一边搅拌,揉成略湿的面团,湿布盖好,常温醒10分钟。
  • 5.揪出一小块,搓圆圆形,压开成薄皮。
  • 6.包入薯球,封口搓圆。
  • 7.烧开水,放入汤圆,煮到浮起后关火焖15分钟。
  • 8.捞出汤圆。
  • 9.放入水和糖桂花即可。
