    Steps to make 板粟鸡翅

    • 1.鸡翅用洗后切成三段用水加料酒泡上半个小时后捞出沥水。
    • 2.板粟去壳备用。
    • 3.锅中放八角花椒葱姜爆香,入鸡翅,加少许糖翻炒上色。
    • 4.加适量老抽。
    • 5.加入板粟继续翻炒。
    • 6.加入水、料酒、盐大火开炖。
    • 7.汤汁收得差不多时勾入水淀粉收汁出锅。
