  • 1.准备好各种材料
  • 2.洋葱切圈,胡萝卜洗净切丝,鸡蛋加盐打散

  • 4.小火,将蛋液倒入,待底部稍凝固后,用锅铲推动已经凝固的蛋液,让未凝固的蛋液重新铺满锅内,重复操作
  • 5.直到炒至八成熟,盛出备用
  • 6.趁着热锅和余油,倒入洋葱,翻炒至稍软
  • 7.倒入胡萝卜丝和盐翻炒。胡萝卜中的胡萝卜素是脂溶性维生素,在油脂作用下更容易被人体吸收
