  • 1.菜心淡盐水浸泡15分钟,洗净控水,切指节长短的段。葱姜蒜切碎。买的加工好的牛肉馅,也可用猪肉。
  • 2.热锅凉油,油五成热放入肉沫,炒散。
  • 3.加料酒去腥,蚝油、酱油增味,半勺白糖提鲜,炒匀后加小半碗水,把肉炒熟。
  • 4.水分炒干后加入葱姜蒜,炒香。
  • 5.倒入菜心,大火翻炒至断生,出锅装盘。
