干蒸鲳鱼

Steps to make 干蒸鲳鱼

  • 1.鱼去鳞去肠洗净,在鱼身上两边各划几刀。
  • 2.取一个盆(鱼太大碗装不下)加入料酒,葱姜,美极鲜,盐,胡椒粉腌制30分钟,要勤翻面。
  • 3.榨菜,香菇,泡椒,葱,姜,干辣椒全部切丝备用。
  • 4.炒锅到油小火炒香干辣椒。
  • 5.再加入葱姜丝炒香。
  • 6.再把泡椒丝,榨菜放入炒出香味。
  • 7.接着再把香菇丝放入,加蒸鱼豉油,糖,胡椒粉,料酒,鸡精调味,关火。
  • 8.腌制好的鱼取出放入一个稍深一些的碗中,把炒好的调料浇在鱼身上,入蒸锅大火蒸熟,出锅后撒一些葱丝,淋上热油即好。
