红焖羊肉
红焖羊肉是河南菜,我们这里吃这个菜是不分四季的,夏天也会吃,只是冬天吃的更多。我今天做的是家庭版的,没有按涮锅的方法做,而是用砂锅煲的方法直接把肉菜一锅做成,这样家庭里吃起来更方便,而且冬天吃保温效果也好。

  • 西红柿500g
  • 胡萝卜2个
  • 莲藕1节
  • 娃娃菜2棵
  • 八角2个
  • 干辣椒2个
  • 桂皮2寸段
  • 10g
  • 8g
  • 红烧酱油10g
  • 胡椒粉2g

Steps to make 红焖羊肉

  • 1.羊排清洗干净后斩成段
  • 2.砂锅烧热后放少许油,炒香调味料
  • 3.放入羊排翻炒至变色
  • 4.加红烧酱油
  • 5.翻炒至上色,转小火
  • 6.另用炒锅炒西红柿,加适量的盐和胡椒粉炒至西红柿稍软
  • 7.炒好的西红柿加入炖羊排的砂锅里
  • 8.加适量的开水。水不要多,不要超过锅的一半位置,否则煲的时候水容易溢出。然后放入切成滚刀块的胡萝卜和莲藕
  • 9.盖上盖子大火煮开后转小火煲40分钟
  • 10.娃娃菜切条放入砂锅中,此时加入盐
  • 11.继续盖盖小火煲20分钟,煲好的红焖羊肉,有肉有菜,搭配上米饭就是一顿午餐啦。简单省事儿
