咸薄撑
薄撑是广东的特色小吃,有甜的有咸的,外脆内软。

  • 糯米粉240g
  • 粘米粉120g
  • 480g
  • 香菇6个
  • 虾米手抓1把
  • 腊肠1根
  • 2/3茶匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 白胡椒粉1茶匙

Steps to make 咸薄撑

  • 1.香菇泡发。(只用了6个。)
  • 2.虾米洗净,用水泡软,腊肠洗一下。
  • 3.香菇,腊肠,虾米切碎。
  • 4.葱切葱花。(非常时期不便外出,一次买了很多葱,切好冷冻保存。)
  • 5.糯米粉,粘米粉和水拌成粉浆。
  • 6.锅刷油,把香菇,腊肠和虾米炒出香味。
  • 7.放入粉浆里,加入葱花,盐,糖和胡椒粉拌匀。
  • 8.平底锅不粘锅刷油,倒入2汤勺约粉浆,摊薄,小火煎至两面全黄即可。(十寸的锅可做5份。)
  • 9.外脆内软,咸香可口。
