Steps to make 炒合菜

  • 1.提前泡发木耳,摘洗香菜。
  • 2.猪肉切细丝、裹淀粉备用。
  • 3.胡萝卜洗净去皮、切细丝,葱姜切碎。
  • 4.白菜切细丝。
  • 5.准备一干净炒锅,倒入少许花生油,油热下入葱姜爆香,倒入肉丝、生抽、料酒,翻炒肉丝变色,将白菜胡萝卜丝依次倒入,翻炒片刻,加入木耳。
  • 6.随后加入醋调味,继续翻炒均匀入味,临出锅前撒入香菜、少许盐和鸡精调味即可。
  • 7.因为食材比较多,量也很足,要找个大点的盘子装哦
