燕麦吐司面包
这款主食燕麦吐司面包,是经常食用的早餐。吃了太多精细的白吐司后,吃点粗粮面包更健康,加点燕麦片揉到面团里,做成吐司味道更好,更加健康!做好的吐司直接切片食用,或则夹上香肠,煎蛋,生菜之类做成三明治等都很好吃。

  • 高筋面粉220g
  • 135g
  • 黄油25g
  • 2g
  • 鸡蛋30g
  • 砂糖50g
  • 酵母3g

Steps to make 燕麦吐司面包

  • 1.原料备用,燕麦用的是芬兰进口的Myllyn Paras完整谷粒大燕麦片,口感更好。(我同时做了两个吐司,原料加倍。)
  • 2.将所有原料(除黄油外)倒入厨师机。
  • 3.揉至面筋扩展,表面光滑,加入软化的黄油。
  • 4.揉至完全,至可拉出细腻的薄膜,收圆发酵。
  • 5.基本发酵至两倍以上。
  • 6.分成六等份,滚圆后松弛15分钟。
  • 7.松弛后的面团擀成长舌形,然后卷起。
  • 8.等距离排入吐司内盒中。
  • 9.最后发酵至8-9分满。
  • 10.均匀的刷上一层蛋液再撒上适量的Myllyn Paras完整谷粒大燕麦片。
  • 11.烤箱预热180℃,下层,上下火,放入吐司盒。
  • 12.35分钟左右,出炉后立即脱模。在烤网上晾凉即可。(为防止上色过重,可以中途盖上锡纸。)
