原味小餐包
今天的小餐包还是采用我经常做的面包配方,简单,低糖无油,非常健康。家人也吃惯了这种口味的,松软、甜味适口,没有油,糖也少,热量低,不用担心长胖。今天做这款面包的时候忙忙叨叨没有好好把剂子搓圆,所以做出来的成品不是很美观,自己吃,一忙起来也就退而求其次了......

  • 高筋面粉220克
  • 牛奶80克
  • 全蛋液50克
  • 白砂糖30克
  • 酵母3克
  • 1克
  • 全蛋液10克
  • 白芝麻5克

Steps to make 原味小餐包

  • 1.将高筋面粉、牛奶、50克全蛋液、酵母、白糖、盐,按照先液体后固体的顺序放入面包机桶里揉面。
  • 2.揉到能拉出筋膜。
  • 3.包上保鲜膜发酵至原来的2.5倍大小。
  • 4.取出再次揉揉,充分排气。
  • 5.分次八个小剂子,每个小剂子擀成长舍状。
  • 6.卷起,再擀成长条再卷起。
  • 7.搓成圆球状,表面刷上蛋液,撒上白芝麻。
  • 8.再次发酵至原来的2-2.5倍大小。
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火,180度,烤15分钟左右。
  • 10.出炉了。
