  • 1. 低筋面粉过筛和糖混合, 再将鸡蛋打入;
  • 2. 加入牛奶混合, 搅拌均匀;
  • 3. 将黄油融化倒入, 搅拌均匀, 静置十五分钟;
  • 4. 锅烧热, 锅底刷层薄薄的油;
  • 5.倒入混合好的鸡蛋液,转动锅,均匀的铺满锅底;
  • 6.小火慢慢的煎至定型,鸡蛋薄饼煎好后放在案板上;
  • 7. 将一张鸡蛋薄饼放在盘中, 中心铺满酸奶;
  • 8.再随意摆放自己喜欢的水果;
  • 9.将蛋饼的底部两边折叠摆放好;
  • 10.再撒上几颗腰果, 配上牛奶, 很不错的早餐。
