蜜汁鸡翅

  • 烧烤鸡翅腌料2汤匙
  • 辣椒面1汤匙
  • 蜂蜜2.5汤匙

Steps to make 蜜汁鸡翅

  • 1.鸡翅自然解冻后用清水泡30分钟清洗干净,控净水分。
  • 2.蒜 姜切碎末和鸡翅腌料放入碗中。
  • 3.放入料酒 生抽 耗油 辣椒面(可不加)搅拌均匀,再放入2.5汤匙的蜂蜜搅拌均匀。
  • 4.将调好的腌料汁倒入鸡翅中拌匀,盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏腌制至少4小时。
  • 5.烤箱提前预热,将腌好的鸡翅放入铺了锡纸的烤盘中,在鸡翅的表面刷一层橄榄油,165度,上下火烤50分钟。20分钟的时候在鸡翅表面刷一次腌鸡翅的料汁,25分钟的时候将鸡翅翻面继续烤至熟透。
