  • 1.材料很简单,年糕和鸡蛋。
  • 2.把年糕均匀切0.5cm厚,鸡蛋打成蛋液备用。
  • 3.不粘锅放油烧热转小火,把年糕平铺在锅里煎。
  • 4.大概煎一分钟左右年糕成金黄色,翻另一面继续煎,这时年糕煎好的那面只有一点点软就可以,不然会粘在一块。
  • 5.翻面把年糕煎半分种左右,把鸡蛋液均匀洒在年糕便面上。
  • 6.煎一小会,当蛋液跟年糕可以粘在一块时翻面继续煎,这时年糕都可以分开。要快速两面再翻几次煎至鸡蛋成金黄色,不然很快会煎过头。
