  • 1.准备豆皮,粉条用温水浸泡变软,后腿肉洗干净切成肉末。
  • 2.豆皮切成条。
  • 3.将切好的豆腐皮打成蝴蝶结。
  • 4.姜蒜切成末蒜,大葱切成小段,青红椒切成小块。
  • 5.锅中烧水,水开后加少许盐将豆腐皮焯水一分钟。
  • 6.捞出过凉水沥干水分备用。
  • 7.取一小碗,里面加少许淀粉拌成水淀粉。
  • 8.锅中烧油,将肉末炒至变色。
