军舰寿司(又伊鲜)

Steps to make 军舰寿司(又伊鲜)

  • 1.准备食材,西兰花用水焯熟备用。
  • 2.熟米饭放入适量寿司醋搅拌均匀。
  • 3.玉米粒加入适量沙拉酱和黑胡椒粉搅拌均匀。
  • 4.西兰花切碎,也放入沙拉酱和黑胡椒碎拌匀。
  • 5.将紫菜剪成5厘米左右宽的长条。
  • 6.将米饭放入模具(没有模具可以用手捏成长条形)。
  • 7.压实脱模。
  • 8.取一片紫菜,将米饭围住,接口处用米饭粒沾上。
  • 9.做好全部。
  • 10.添入准备好的材料,我做了四种口味,金枪鱼、玉米、西兰花还有飞鱼籽,可以根据自己的喜好放入你喜欢的材料。
  • 11.取一个小碟子,放入适量青芥辣,倒入少许又伊鲜鲜味酱油(这款酱油口味偏甜,出奇的鲜,与寿司就是绝配)拌匀。
  • 12.将做好的寿司装盘,配上又伊鲜鲜味酱油,好吃极了。
