自制周黑鸭
难得周末,有时间做点美食,昨天双十一,想吃周黑鸭,可是想了想,干脆自己做好了。结果做出来,也很好吃哟。而且便宜多了,吃得好爽。

  • 鸭翅1000g
  • 生姜1个
  • 生抽20ml
  • 八角10g
  • 花椒10g
  • 桂皮10g
  • 陈皮5g
  • 冰糖30g
  • 香叶5g
  • 老抽30ml
  • 20g
  • 料酒500ml
  • 红辣椒15个

Steps to make 自制周黑鸭

  • 1.把所有的香料放在一起,然后放入料酒,酱油,生抽,要,注意不要放水,料酒可以充当水的作用
  • 2.我放入了鱿鱼,鸡中翅,海带,鸡场,鸭翅,鸡胗等材料。注意,卤水不要没过食材,大概是食材的三分之二。我是在高压锅里煮的,盖子盖着,不用合回去,让它能排气。刚开始中火,看,食材颜色已经开始变了
  • 3.水开后就可以把火关小一点。盖上锅盖,会快一些。这是是差不多煮25分钟的样子,中途记得搅拌,让食材能均匀入味
  • 4.大概40分钟,颜色已经快出来了,仍是小火,盖锅盖
  • 5.差不多50分钟,出锅啦,哈哈,价格比周黑鸭便宜多了,味道也几乎差不多,调味,麻味,辣味,咸味,一应俱全,赶快动手吧
