  • 高筋面粉280克
  • 白砂糖50克
  • 酵母4克
  • 1克
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 牛奶100克
  • 淡奶油40克
  • 黄油20克
  • 黄油13克
  • 牛奶125克
  • 白沙糖25克
  • 鸡蛋25克
  • 低粉9克
  • 玉米淀粉9克

Steps to make 卡士达黑芝麻排包

  • 1.准备好所有需要的面团材较
  • 2.除黄油外,所有主面团的材料放入面包机,(酵母放在最上面,不要和盐直接接触)启动和面30分钟.
  • 3.和面的时间我们来准备卡士达酱...准备好所有材料.
  • 4.将A部份黄油,牛奶,砂糖煮沸腾...
  • 5.将B部份,鸡蛋低粉,玉粉淀粉拌均匀,将B部份加入A部份中搅拌均匀即可....
  • 6.30分钟后加入软化好的黄油,继续启动揉面30分钟到完全.
  • 7.30分钟后..轻轻拉起面团能撑出薄薄的膜即可.然后我们在面包机内进行一次发酵...
  • 8.发酵好的面团....
  • 9.分成平均的八等份...
  • 10.擀成牛舌状,并抹上卡士达酱..有一侧擀薄些...
  • 11.从擀得比较厚的一端卷起来....放入烤盘中....送入烤箱发酵 ,发酵的时候在烤箱内放一碗水...
  • 12..发酵至两倍大.....(由于我的烤盘太小了,另外三条我放在另一个烤)这个时候我们可以预热烤箱...
  • 13.在上面刷一层蛋液...并撒上些黑芝麻.当然你要撒白芝麻或其它的东西也可以....
  • 14.送入预热好的ACA烤箱中...
  • 15.上火150度.下火130度,中层烤20分钟即可....
  • 16.成品附上.....
