  • 1.绿豆皮改刀切成丝。
  • 2.胡萝卜切圆片后用饼干切压成小花状。
  • 3.青蒜去蒂洗净后切成段。
  • 4.牛肉切片加适量老抽、盐、生粉、水拌匀,腌制5-10分钟。
  • 5.锅内倒入适量植物油,大火烧至八成热时,下入牛肉扒熟。
  • 6.将肉盛起,将扒肉的油倒入炒锅内,大火烧辣后下入胡萝卜、青蒜爆炒至出香。
  • 7.然后下入豆丝翻炒,加入两勺盐、少量水炒匀,然后不停翻炒至豆丝表皮有些许带焦。
  • 8.最后下入牛肉炒匀,起锅时加适量鸡精、胡椒粉调味,炒匀即可出锅。
