黑椒小龙虾批萨
我去年做过一款辣味的小龙虾批萨,今年龙虾季又想起它来了。再加上新得了味好美的黑椒酱,所以想试试黑椒味的小龙虾批萨,自己制作的批萨用料扎实,又合自家口味,还等什么?黑椒小龙虾批萨做起来吧!

  • 鲜酵母(干酵母)5(2)克

  • 8克
  • 味好美黑椒酱3大勺
  • 肉糜60克
  • 洋葱60克
  • 小葱10克
  • 食用油2大勺
  • 味好美黑椒酱1大勺
  • 小龙虾700克
  • 胡萝卜30克
  • 蘑菇2朵
  • 卷心菜丝20克
  • 马苏里拉奶酪120克

Steps to make 黑椒小龙虾批萨

  • 1.小葱切葱花,洋葱、胡萝卜都切丁,肉糜60克,蘑菇切片,卷心菜切丝,小龙虾开水焯熟,剥壳抽筋,饼底材料混合揉成光滑面团和,发到两倍大。
  • 2.小龙虾仁挤入约一大勺黑椒酱,搅拌均匀腌制1小时。
  • 3.起油锅,倒入肉糜煸炒变色,加入洋葱、小葱同炒,加入两大勺黑椒酱炒匀,尝味并调整调料用量(我又加了一勺黑椒酱),黑椒批萨酱即成。
  • 4.蔬菜180℃烤5到10分钟,以去除部分水分。
  • 5.面团先大致擀成圆形,在烤盘中用手整理成中间薄边缘厚的圆饼皮,用叉子扎孔,并刷油,盖保鲜膜醒发半个小时左右。
  • 6.饼皮上挤约1大勺黑椒酱刷匀,铺上炒好的黑椒批萨酱,撒一层马苏里拉奶酪。
  • 7.撒上烤过的蔬菜,再撒上一层马苏里拉奶酪。
  • 8.摆上腌好的小龙虾仁,最后再撒一层奶酪。
  • 9.烤箱上下火180~200℃预热,中层烤25~30分钟。
