Steps to make 客家酿豆腐

  • 1.食材洗净备用
  • 2.香菇切成末与肉末一起,加盐胡椒粉一起拌匀
  • 3.豆腐切成厚点的方块
  • 4.过一下开水后捞出来
  • 5.中间掏洞,用小刀和勺子一起配合
  • 6.填满肉末
  • 7.平底锅烧油煎豆腐,煎至两面四周金黄色后捞出来
  • 8.锅内倒油爆香葱蒜,倒水,加豆腐小火煮,这时候调入盐,焖至水快烧干时调入水淀粉
  • 9.最好再撒上葱末
  • 10.摆盘
