    Steps to make 豆腐酿

    • 1.猪肉剁成肉馅,里面加酱油,盐,料酒,鸡精,葱姜蒜沫,色拉油,水等都要适量,调制好肉馅。
    • 2.豆腐切小四方块,挖去中间部分。
    • 3.把调制好的肉馅加入豆腐中,可以多加一些。
    • 4.水烧开后上蒸锅蒸10分钟左右。
    • 5.干淀粉加入适量盐,鸡精,料酒,少量不上色的酱油,葱花,加水调制成湿淀粉。炒锅加热倒入湿淀粉,不停的搅拌,直到变成稍粘稠的状态,停火,用勺子浇到蒸好的豆腐肉上。
    • 6.摆入红辣椒碎装饰即可。
