  • 1.洗净食材。
  • 2.百合剥片,芦笋切段,红椒切斜厚片,姜蒜切小片,鸡腿去骨去皮,切小块,加入盐,糖,生抽,胡椒粉,生粉,食用油腌制。
  • 3.小锅水开,下芦笋与红椒焯至断生,过凉沥干水备用。
  • 4.起锅,烧热,放油,下鸡丁煎炒。
  • 5.姜蒜入锅炒香,至鸡肉9成熟。
