  • 1.食材:西葫芦 半根,胡萝卜 25克,蛋黄 1个,三文鱼 30克。
  • 2.胡萝卜切碎,和三文鱼一起入锅蒸7分钟,拿出来后一起再切切碎,加1个蛋黄,搅匀。>>三文鱼没用柠檬汁去腥,胡萝卜的胡萝卜味和清甜会吃不出来腥味,介意的宝宝去腥较好。
  • 3.西葫芦去皮切片,用压膜去籽。
  • 4.西葫芦放入锅中煮2分钟。
