  • 1.鸭肉洗净,斩成小块儿;
  • 2.加入盐和黄酒,拌匀,腌制1小时以上;
  • 3.粳米淘洗干净备用;
  • 4.鸭肉凉水入锅,一次加足水,避免中途加水;
  • 5.水开后,打去浮沫;
  • 6.加盖煮约10分钟后,加入粳米同煮;
  • 7.煮至肉熟米烂,米粥粘稠;
  • 8.加入鸡精、葱花调味即可。尝一尝,如果不够咸可以再加一点儿盐。
