    Steps to make 柠香木瓜酱

    • 1.将柠檬的外皮取下,切成细丁备用。(不要白膜部分)
    • 2.木瓜去皮挖籽,果肉切成小丁。
    • 3.将木瓜果肉、柠檬皮、白糖、冰糖依次倒入锅中混合,静置30分钟。
    • 4.半小时之后混合果肉会出水,再加入适量水与果肉持平即可。
    • 5.开大火一边煮一边搅拌防止糊锅,煮沸。
    • 6.转至小火挤入半个柠檬汁水,继续煮5分钟即可,冷却后放入冰箱冷藏。
