Steps to make 家传三杯鸡

  • 1.将油、生抽、米酒、香料酒(或八角)放入锅中煮沸。
  • 2.把洗干净沥干水的半只鸡放入锅中,盖上锅中火煮一分钟。
  • 3.鸡肉翻面,小火焖5分钟。
  • 4.再翻动鸡肉两面,拿勺子舀调料搽匀鸡肉(特别是鸡翅内侧部分)。
  • 5.全程共用小火焖15~20分钟,鸡熟斩块上碟。
