  • 小葱10棵
  • 食用油80ml
  • 生抽50ml
  • 老抽50ml
  • 猪油20克
  • 白糖30克

Steps to make 葱油面

  • 1.小葱洗净用厨房纸沾去水份,去掉葱白部分只留绿色葱叶切成长段。
  • 2.中火把锅里油烧热后加入猪油化开,没有猪油可以不加换成等量的食用油就行,但是加了猪油会更香,然后改成小火把葱叶倒入锅中。
  • 3.小火慢煎至葱叶焦黄,中间不时翻炒,大概10分钟左右。
  • 4.把生抽老抽和糖兑到一个碗里搅匀后倒入锅里,煮到冒泡就关火。
  • 5.做葱油的同时把面煮熟过凉控干水后盛入碗中,舀两勺葱油把面拌匀即可食用。切面挂面手擀面这些都可以,根据自己喜好选择面就好,最好是细面,这步我没拍照,相信大家都会煮面条。
  • 6.成品图,剩下的葱油倒入干净的容器里储蓄,想吃面的时候把面煮好浇上葱油即可,五分钟搞定非常方便,很适合忙碌的早晨,方子里的量大概够拌五碗面。
