椰蓉南瓜饼

Steps to make 椰蓉南瓜饼

  • 1.南瓜切片蒸熟用叉子捣成泥。
  • 2.把南瓜泥、糯米粉及炼乳混合均匀。
  • 3.揉成团。
  • 4.把面团分成四份,红豆沙也分成四份。这个步骤可以先把分成四份的面团放蒸锅中蒸熟,这样成品煎的时候更快熟。
  • 5.取一团面团压扁,包入豆沙馅。
  • 6.收口,团成圆形。
  • 7.压扁成圆饼状。其他三份面团也做同样处理。
  • 8.把做好的南瓜饼胚裹上一层椰蓉。这个步骤完成如果不是马上煎可以用保鲜膜一个个包好放入冰箱冷冻,要吃的时候再拿出来煎。
  • 9.平底锅刷一点油,放入南瓜饼胚,小火煎至两面金黄色即可使用。
  • 10.煎好的南瓜饼。
