世界杯之柠汁香草烤春鸡

  • 1. 那个很多童鞋都不知道迷迭香和法香是啥,话说这次我木有在淘宝里买听说大菜市场里,跑了个遍总算买到了,人家还问我哪个酒店的我说自家用的,他说不能吃楼先生说我就看看就好哈哈,傻吧...小土豆木有就用了自家的大土豆
  • 2.将三黄鸡洗净,沥干水分放入盆子中沥干水分备用
  • 3.把两只迷迭香切碎备用,粗的茎可以不要,切叶子就可以了
  • 4.新鲜柠檬洗净切片备用
  • 5.将柠檬汁均匀的挤在鸡的身上
  • 6.然后将迷迭香,盐,黑胡椒碎,橄榄油均匀的洒在鸡的身上,然后放入冰箱冷藏室腌制一天
  • 7.烤箱提前预热到200度,将腌制好的三黄鸡放入烤箱中,烤30分钟左右即可当然看烤箱的功率而定哈
  • 8.这个时候呢我们就可以倒腾土豆了,大土豆修皮放在锅中蒸熟
  • 9. 法香切细末备用
  • 10.大蒜末去皮切末.....
  • 11.蒸好的土豆切块备用
  • 12.中火烧热煎锅,放入橄榄油,烧热后放入小土豆中火煎至
  • 13.煎到两面金黄就可以啦

  • 16. 将烤好的三黄鸡盛入盘中,配上炒好的土豆块即可使用,可以放点法香点缀哈,会更美哒
