Steps to make 赤小豆鸡汤

  • 1.将洗干净的老母鸡斩件,赤小豆、莲子、生姜全洗净待用。

  • 3.将所有材料放入汤煲中,加入适量的清水,先大火烧开,改小火煲二个小时。
  • 4.已煲了二小时后的鸡汤加入适量的盐就可饮用了。淡淡的清香和鸡鲜味,我们全家人的最爱!
