    • 1.腐竹掰段儿放温水浸泡。
    • 2.浸泡中,很慢。

    • 11.抓匀,因腐竹不易进味儿,光用筷子拌不行。
    • 12.拌好了。入一会儿味。喜欢凉的可放冰箱冷藏。
