  • 1.和面:中筋面粉加入盐温纯净水揉成光滑的面团,覆盖保鲜膜松弛30分钟。
  • 2.将面团揉成条,分割成若干小剂子
  • 3.分割好的剂子,表明均匀的撒上手粉
  • 4.团圆压扁,放在一起
  • 5.取一只剂子,将其转圈擀压至饺子皮一样的面皮
  • 6.擀压好所有面皮
  • 7.取一只面皮,表面涂抹一层玉米油
  • 8.叠加一只面皮,从复此步骤
  • 9.一共叠加了六只面皮即可
  • 10.做好的饼胚码放在一旁
  • 11.擀压饼胚
  • 12.是饼皮胚2倍大即可。
  • 13.开火,不粘锅内加少许玉米油
  • 14.放入擀压好的春饼胚
  • 15.烙至差不多翻面
  • 16.烙好的饼会自动分层哦!看~
  • 17.烙好了的春饼取出,趁热分层!看好薄吧~
  • 18.叠加在一起覆盖上盖子避免冷却哟
  • 19.吃的时候根据自己的口味搭配菜品即可
