  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.牛腩提前入锅煮,过滤洗干净,胡萝卜去皮切块。
  • 3.油锅起火烧六成熟倒入玉米油,煸炒牛腩胡萝卜。加入一小勺老抽,八角煸炒。
  • 4.加入适量清水,冰糖一小块,加入3克盐,大火烧开转小火慢慢炖。
  • 5.另外取锅,炒西红柿。
  • 6.倒入到牛腩一起,加入葱花,炖至大火收汁!
