  • 1.草莓用淡盐水浸泡,清洗干净,沥干水分,柠檬取半个。
  • 2.手动取出柠檬汁备用。
  • 3.草莓去蒂切大块。
  • 4.用料理机打成酱汁。
  • 5.汤锅放入草莓酱汁,加入适量白糖(可以略微多一点)。
  • 6.保持小火不断搅拌,熬煮。
  • 7.大概十五分钟左右,一定保持小火哦,以免糊锅。
  • 8.熬到浓稠。
  • 9.倒入柠檬汁,小火搅拌均匀,尝尝酸甜度,可以这里增加白糖的用量。
  • 10.搅拌均匀后果酱最后呈现浓稠状,挂勺不易掉落即可。
  • 11.装入干净的玻璃瓶。
  • 12.草莓果酱。
