  • 1.准备好泡菜和煎饼粉一包。
  • 2.泡菜用剪刀剪碎成颗粒。
  • 3.加葱花,鸡蛋与香油和白芝麻。
  • 4.剪饼粉100克,网上有售。
  • 5.倒入泡菜中搅拌成糊状,泡菜汁最好也一起放进去,那会更香,记得不用放盐了,因为泡菜有盐味。把糊调成一个浓稠的状态。
  • 6.搅拌好之后电饼铛预热,刷少许油,用勺子挖一勺糊倒进电饼铛中煎成型即可。既可以当主食吃,也可以当零食小吃。
