    Steps to make 蓑衣黄瓜

    • 1.准备好主要原料
    • 2.将黄瓜洗净,放在案板上,再在黄瓜两边放2根筷子夹住黄瓜;刀刃与筷子呈45度角斜着下刀将黄瓜切成片,切到筷子处即停,不要切断。
    • 3.切完一面
    • 4.切完一面,将黄瓜反面,(黄瓜转180度)同样用筷子放在黄瓜两侧夹住黄瓜。
    • 5.同样刀刃与筷子呈45度角斜着下刀切,一样不要切断。
    • 6.一直切到黄瓜尾部。
    • 7.切好的黄瓜放入大碗中,加入盐腌渍10分钟。
    • 8.腌渍黄瓜时我们来准备味汁,香菇、姜、葱、辣椒分别切成丝。
    • 9.锅中放油烧热,放入葱姜丝煸香。
    • 10.煸香葱姜丝,加入香菇丝、辣椒丝煸炒均匀。
    • 11.加入生抽
    • 12.加入白糖、鸡粉。
    • 13.最后加入香醋,翻炒均匀,烧沸即关火,味汁就做好了,盛出晾凉。
    • 14.腌渍好的黄瓜挤去腌渍出来的汤汁,码放在盘中。
    • 15.将做好晾凉的味汁倒入黄瓜中拌匀,再次腌渍2小时即可
